Colours of LoVe..๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

Aajkal  khud se rubaru hone lage hai,

Isliye muskurane bhi lage hai,

Nayi umeed si jagi hai

Naye khumar me jo khoye hai...

Ab to aakash me tare tim timane lage hai;

Aur bagon me bhi phool khilkhilane lage hai

Kya isliye bhawre bhi mandrane lage hai ?

Jaise do dil milne lage hai...

Gum to na tha kisi ke na hone ka

Na hi hone ki umeed thi

Yuhin chale ja rahe the manzil ki or

Unki pyari galiyon ki or..

Kuchh girte padte sambhal hi to rahe the

Thokaron se bach hi to rahe the

Jane kaha se tum aa gye

Hawa ke jhokha sa dilo dimag me chha gaye

Aaj bade dino baad dil dhadak raha hai

Teri yadon se mahak rha hai..

Jane wale saal ka taufa leke

Nayi umang ko bahon me liye...

Bhula ke apni jimmedariyon ko

Fir dil bachpan ki or chala hai

Ek naye josh, nayi khwaishon se bhara...

kuchh door tak chala hai.

We appreciate delicious food and scenic beauty of a garden but never acknowledge the pain and patience of a gardener which he undergoes through the changing seasons. These pictures are clicked from my Dad’s terrace garden. I salute to the hard work of my father and all the farmers of our country who have lived for our life.

Makeups and Makeovers..

Nowadays, we have become more sensitive and cautious towards our reel life. We are keen in talks and chats in digital platform than meeting our well-wishers. On one hand where the Internet has proven to be a boon to the society, but on the other hand it has also become major cause for social distancing. Digitisation was never bad, in fact; it has tremendously changed the society. Its true that every invention has its own pros and cons but it’s we, who have to restrict technology to master our lives.

With evolution of technology, software applications (apps) gained its popularity. It has penetrated in our lives like a pathogen, resulting in diminished IQ levels. We have stopped acknowledging the beauty we are surrounded in, have stopped living those beautiful moments. In this era of technology, those special moments are confined only to mobiles and laptops. We are gradually losing our originality and ethics.

We are not only bluffing with the society but also with ourselves. We are least patient and want everything to happen in the blink of our eyes. And I really feel that women are the most influenced ones. They click pictures and spend three-hours editing to look perfect. Instead, if we spend time in grooming ourselves and work for enhancing our inner beauty with yoga, exercise or self-introspection, then it will be much more beneficial for our personal as well as professional life. Nevertheless, we are very much pleased with our edited pics and enhanced skin tone.

Women alone are not to be blamed, but the real mastermind is the fashion industry. They are selling fancy, unreal dreams. It has been ingrained in our mindset in such a way that the quality of a person is judged only by their looks and skin tone. It's not that I am against fashion or makeovers, but things are to be done sensibly. If beauty and skin tone is the only quality to be judged with, then Zoribini Tunzi from South Africa would never have been crowed Miss Universe 2019. It is rightly said"Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder." We are the best creations of God, and we should respect his beautiful creativity. Criticising someone’s looks or body shaming is like finding mistakes in the creation of the almighty. Just for self-assessment, scroll down your Facebook page. What did you observe? Saree challenge...getting viral among women. All of them are looking pretty and beautiful draped in that 5 meter cloth. Women of every shape and size, of different caste and creed, of various skin tones. All are beautiful in their own way. We have to change our perception for development and betterment of oneself and the society.

...I don't intend to offend anyone, it's just my opinion.

A Typical Day of a Branch Manager at Branch

It was 8 in the morning, a message popped in my mobile phone. It was a message from my Zonal Head stating last day’s achievement and today’s target. Being a Branch Manager, I generally reach my branch 30- 45 minutes before the commencement of Banking Hours. By the time customers start visiting the branch, I go through the instructions received from our Zonal Head, review the previous day’s report, make strategies and prepare list of tasks to be assigned to the staff members.
It is 10:15 am and the staff members now have arrived. A crowd of customers could be seen waiting outside for the branch to open. Within five minutes I quickly guided the staff members about the task assigned. With the hands of the clock signaling 10:30, a flood of customers entered the branch. These Customers have  pay- in-slips, passbook and various other forms in their hands. Few of them even entered with a complaint letter. Normally I try to keep the first 30-45 minutes of Banking Hours reserved for customer interactions. This has helped me a lot in getting to know the requirements and expectations of the customers better.
By the time the staff members get settled with their work, I move out of my branch with one of my colleges for visit to the nearby village areas. I have been allotted four Gram Panchayats with 39 villages as service area. Today, there are two loan proposals to be worked in and three accounts where repayment is not regular.
We returned back to the branch by 3:00 pm and our stomach was already growling with hunger pangs. I had a break for lunch. It is now 4: 00 pm and all the Business Correspondents  from four villages reported to the branch. Today’s agenda for discussion was making arrangements for organizing camps in their respective villages for promoting e- products.
With the close of the Transaction Hours at 4:30 pm, the cash - in- charge and other staff members are done with the front desk job. 5:00 pm, time for tea break. With a sip of tea we discussed about the incidents and achievements of the task allotted to the staff members and the problems they faced.
I along with my team members prepared the visit report for the loan proposal for manufacturing and cleaning of carpets. Followed my appraisal report and further processed the proposal for approval from the higher authority. Other staff members were busy completing the back-office job. After compilation of the data and achievement figures, it was reported to our Zonal Office. We were to the brim completing all the job when the clock chimed 6:30. It was already dim outside and chirping of birds could be heard. We wrapped up our day’s work, inspected the branch premises and the guard locked the premises gate. On the way to home, my phone rang. My mother called and her voice showed excitement. I recollected that I had promised to take her shopping after office. I sighed and braced myself for a new session of work...

.... f E e L i N g S

Those rusty roads looked more tidy
than the clean shinny marble floor,
that scorching summer was more soothing
than the cool A.C room.

That one call elates me more
than Shakira's rock music,
those uncanny tales seemed better
than Oscar's best nominees.

That one bite from their tiffin was more tasty
than a pizza from Mc Donalds,
their single touch with care was more calming
than the essence of morning breeze.

yes its all about FRIENDS and FRIENDSHIP

F...flower of spring
R...rainbow of monsoon
I...ice-cream at chill winter evening
E...endless source of love and fun
N...non-stop entertainment channel
D...dateless source of knowledge
S... subscription to whole lot of code language

this makes me realise......

That FRIENDS are more than hellos and goodbyes
They are the... suffix which gives your name a meaning
...attire which makes you look royal
...compass which gives you a direction.

Dedicated to all my beloved friends
